Baby’s First Blankie Crochet Pattern

⬤ This is a pattern to create the Baby's First Blankie baby blanket, pictured above.

⬤ The pattern will walk you through step by step to create this beautiful baby blanket! The instructions also include detailed photos to explain certain steps, and the instructions to make the parade of elephants border.

⬤ Finished blanket measures: 33.5" by 33.5" (85 cm by 85 cm).
⬤ Instructions written in English, US Crochet Terminology.
⬤ Skill Level: Easy; advanced beginner.
⟪ Supplies Needed for this pattern: ⟫
  º Yarn: Baby yarn #3 weight in five different colors and white.
  º Crochet Hooks: G-6 4.25mm, I-9 5.5mm, J-10 6mm.
  º Yarn needle to weave in your ends.

Since I first wrote this pattern I have recently updated it to make it easier to read, fixed a couple spelling errors and formatted the columns a little better. Here's my first blog post in about four or five years! I can't believe it's been that long. I took a break from selling on Etsy about 3 years ago and let my website and domain go. I just could not afford it any more with trying to keep up with my health; Rheumatoid arthritis and a lot of back issues. Everything was just too much especially with trying to keep up with customer orders, I just gave up. Now its been about two weeks since my best friend Roger passed away, my dog, and I have decided to re-open my Etsy shop  and take things very slowly.
